A-Family Budget Counseling, Inc. (AFBC) will advise those in need of Credit Counseling, Debt Management, Consumer Education, Homeownership Counseling, and Budget Planning. We will try to assist anyone who may owe in excess of $ 2500 in UNSECURED debt. Please note we CAN NOT assist with SECURED DEBT(s). As long as you qualify for one of our programs we will be more than happy to assist you.

AFBC was formed for the purpose of counseling individuals experiencing budget, credit and financial hardships. The organization encourages consumers to:

• Properly establish a monthly budget
• Control impulsive purchases
• Maintain a good payment history
• Sound spending practices
• Eventually re-establish credit and its proper use

By doing so AFBC educates clients how to purchase goods and services within their means rather than living above them.

In order to maintain itself, the organization will solicit and accept donations form the private as well as the public sector. AFBC operates strictly as a charitable organization.
